The submitted manuscripts are first reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or the Deputy Editor. If they meet the required standards and are in line with the aims and scope of the biannual journal, they will be sent to the reviewers. The final decision will be made by the Editor-in-Chief after considering the reviewers’ comments and will be communicated to the author.
